Very happy with this steamer. I did a little research before my purchase and others seemed very happy so I went for it and glad I did. Light weight ,easy to use, everything feels so clean. The only thing I was hesitant about was how others complained the cord was to short. I have a wide line high ranch, rooms are average size and I didn't find this to be a problem. Overall I would recomend this product as a matter of fact I already have.

I purchased this combination about a month ago, and so far, am very pleased. The floor mop is easy to use, easy to load the cloth on, and holds the steam for a reasonable length of time. It does leave the floor a little wet, but that doesn't bother me.
We have used the steam cleaner on windows (awesome!), countertop, walls, dog crates, screens (used the fabric attachment), and other cleaning tasks. It actually makes cleaning fun. My only complaints are taking off and putting back in the container lid. My husband has no problem but I struggle with it a bit (you have to push down and turn). You have to give a spurt of steam then rest it, then can keep on going. This is usually fine, as you should wipe down after squirting anyway. This is not a miracle cleaner, but it has certainly made cleaning easier.

I do animal rescue, I frequently have animals come in who have accidents. My foster kittens tend to 'paw paint' with their used kitty litter. I also have fostered animals with highly communicable diseases. I have several cleaning tool that use harsh chemicals and never seem to get the job done. I want a cleaning tool that is easy to use, very effective and is safe for the environment.
I am very impressed with the Haan steam cleaning system. The upright is easy to use and very quick to warm up. For extra tough spots I find I can leave the upright over the spot and the steam works through the spot without harming my floor. I didn't have high hopes for the hand held and I am shocked at how well it works. It cuts through grime I couldn't get any cleaner to remove. It also cleans the grout very well, I was amazed when the grout seemed to change color because all of the dirt had come out. Both products are almost silent which is very good when you have animals scared of the vacuum.
I think this product is excellent for anyone with animals or kids!

I recently purchased the Haan Deluxe Total Home Steam Cleaning System. The steam mop works great but does leave white marks on wood floors so I use a top shine coat was and then it looks great. I love the handheld personal steamer works great on everything.

I waited a long time to buy this product. I can't afford to make too many mistakes in my purchases, so I try to choose things wisely. I bought it because I figured it would reduce the number of household chemicals I have to use, and with the cost of those chemicals I figured it wouldn't take long before the steam cleaner had paid for itself.
I read through the instructions and decided to use it first in my shower. I filled it with the approximately 3/4 cup of water and set out to have my shower cleaner than it's ever been. I got through approximately 3/4 of the back wall of my shower and already I was out of steam. I then had to unplug it and wait at least 3 minutes before I could refill it and wait another few minutes before I could start again. To completely finish my shower, I had to unplug, wait, and refill a total of 9 times to clean all the walls and the tub itself. By this point, I just wasn't up for testing it anyplace else in my house.
The Haan does seem to be made well, and I am going to keep it because I do want to use it on my mattress, furniture, etc. But for regular cleaning, I'm just not sure it's worth all the effort of filling, waiting, and refilling - over and over again.
Maybe after I work with it a while, it will get better. So many people have given it 5 stars that I was sure this was the product for me. Now I'm not so sure. That's why I say the jury is still out on this one for me.
