So far I have used this steamvac 3 times. I have two dogs that run in the backyard and when I let them in I can not always get there feet clean. They leave such a muddy mess but with this steamvac it cleaned the mud right up with no problems. The only thing I do not like about it is that when adding the solution if you do not have a funnel it is a pain in the butt. I have not used the hand held attachment yet but planning on it in the near future.

I've only used it 4 times but the results are great. The only complaint I might have is that it seems to use a lot of detergent. The last time I used it with no detergent and it still sucked up the mess and left me with very brown water to empty. So far I haven't had any issues with the tanks leaking or breaking.

This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever purchased. I have owned three top of the line cleaners in the past and all of them cost more than this one did. None of them compare to the ease and thouroughness that this carpet cleaner provides. It is very easy to use and clean up after using. It made my carpets look like they were brand new! We have owned cleaners from all major brands over the years. This machine has been the best. It has outcleaned other machines by a wide margin. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats. The spinning brushes release trapped pet hair and separate the carpet fibers. Our 9 year old bedroom carpet looks virtually new. The machine is very easy to use. This is the third steam cleaner I've owned (over a several year period) and the best one to date. I bought this after buying my house and was amazed to see how much dirt that it pulled up from what appeared to be clean carpeting. I especially like the automatic rinse feature and the larger waste & fresh water tubs. I can clean the carpets faster because I spend less time than before emptying the waste tub and refilling the water and cleaner tubs.
