Rather than pay $80 to $90 for an ergonomic chair, purchase one of these, remove the back and turn it around. These seats are canted backwards, which means they throw you into the backrest which creates bad posture and (at least in me) induces sleepiness. But if you remove the backrest and turn it around, the seat is canted forward which throws one into an upright vertical position that is easy to maintain because of the forward cant.
