These knobs are not available in most stores. The Le Creuset website does not list them. I've found the metal replacement knobs but they change to look of exceptionally beautiful cookware. I highly recomment this product and this seller.

Works as a great replacement to increase the temperature you can use on Lodge dutch ovens.

- Stainless Steel knob should be standard
This knob should be standard on ALL LeCreuset cookware. It doesn't make sense to have cast iron that is capable of taking 500 degree heat with a plastic knob that can't.

This handle allows the use of the entire LeCreuset pot and cover to be used in a very hot oeven. It works perfectly.
