This product works very well. The storage cooler below was a surprise even though I had read the description. It is a nice feature. The only complaint that I can make about the cooler would be the water comes out of it a little slower than other 'conventional' coolers. Not a big deal, and it seems it may assist with keeping the water colder or hotter for longer before needing to reheat/cool.

My old cooler went out and I needed another one and I am glad that I bought this one.No noise at all and easy to refill and take the water bottle off.....with water still in the jug!!!!Very good price for this type of cooler.

This has got to be one of the better water dispensers I've purchased before, it looks great, very clean, nice sleek profile. It works like a charm too. Real easy to use and very light. Pricewise very nice too. all around good buy in my opinion.
