After reading all the positive and a few not so positive reviews I thought for about 20$ I was willing to gamble. I was pleasantly survived with this product and while I admit I have nothing to compare it to, the product does do what it claims to do. I have been using it on my sons high chair and the microwave and it works very well. I had purchased another steamer from Target for twice the money and was very disappointed in it's out put. For half the money this unit is like a turbo steamer with persistent high pressure steam delivery. Highly recommended.

Bought this unit based on reviews. Boy was that a mistake. There is only a pin point amount of steam that will do any work.

I was disappointed. This steamer would be good for cleaning jewelry, but not for cleaning a shower stall or cleaning water deposits off of fixtures. It was good for baseboards, but would be a lot of trouble to get out to clean just baseboards. I tried it on tire rims and it would have taken all day and lots of refills. It is easy to use, but only holds about a half of a cup of water and that would last about 10 minutes max of cleaning. Not bad for $20, but not sure what you could use it for.

I am very pleased with this steamer. The first shipment the cap came broken..however, my problem was solved and I received a new electric steamer as soon as I notified the company and Amazon. Thank you again
