I purchased this product on the advice of my vet to clean up after my 4 cats and it works better that anything else I have tried using to remove odors from pet accidents on my carpet or odors when cleaning the litter boxes.

I cannot believe how well this stuff works!!!
Most stains evaporate within 1 hour.
We had probably 40 stains from a new puppy that was very difficult to train.
I thought I would have to buy new carpet.
A few spots will need another treatment, but 75% of the stains are gone after just one application.
The carpet injector did the trick -- it is a MUST HAVE.
I will never use anything else for dog urine stains, because nothing else

I have a year old puppy who had several accidents in my room. I had been religiously cleaning the carpet by hand, with the steam cleaner and I still wanted to rip out the carpet. It was frustrating. On a whim I tried this. Although it seems odd, you have to SATURATE the carpet. I even covered it with a plastic tarp. IT WORKED, and the smell hasn't returned. Best of all my dog hasn't had one accident in my room since. There must be no traces of his urine odor even for him to sniff out.

We had problem with cat urine in a home we purchased. We removed the baseboards to reveal the marked areas. We treated the areas, according to directions three different times. It only worked in a few places were there was only light cat odor. It did not help with the more saturated areas where the cat had marked. We treated by spraying the walls, base boards and carpet.
