We are very pleased with our Cat Genie. Overall it has performed as expected. We have two cats and they have adjusted very well and have used it without any problems. The only problem we had was that the cartridge stopped dispensing the disinfectant. We called customer service and they promptly sent another processing unit along with postage paid label to return the one that quit working.Once you start using it, you will be glad you spent the money. I like the scented version. It works great - my only complaint is the fact that they can't be refilled. And since you can't buy this stuff locally (and your genie wont work without it) you have to have this on hand at all times.

I really wish I could give this item a 4 or 5 star rating. I really do. For myself, I like the idea of the CatGenie; if my cats would only use it. I will continue to purchase the SaniSolution and the granuals because I've already invested in the machine. Otherwise, I just keep hoping, someday, my cats will see the same value in thier toilet as I do.
