perfect rice cooker if you want to make brown rice. Typical rice cooker usually burned the brown rice because it does not have the setting for it. With Zojirushi, the rice come out perfectly cook and taste excellent. If you want to make perfect rice you should consider this one.

I have had this rice cooker for six months now and it's been fabulous! We use it every day for at least one pot of rice -- it's wonderful to have perfect rice just waiting for me! This is my first rice cooker so I can't compare it to others, but I feel like I am definitely getting my money's worth.

Many, many years ago (20 years ago!) my brother sent my family a Zojirushi rice cooker as a gift. It makes 12 cups but I was serving 5 people and when you add guests you need a lot of rice. We bought this rice cooker after our old Krups one started to burn the rice, and it hasn't disappointed us yet. We have made brown rice, sushi rice, and white rice, and it is perfect every time. The timer function is very convenient and the quick cook cycle is awesome.
