Product Description:
Frontline Plus provides your dog with the most complete spot-on flea and tick protection available. In addition to killing 98-100% of adult fleas on your dog within 24 hours, Frontline Plus contains a special ingredient that kills flea eggs and larvae, too, and keeps all stages of fleas from developing. By effectively stopping the development of new fleas, Frontline Plus completely breaks the flea life cycle. And, Frontline Plus kills all stages of 4 major ticks including those that may transmit Lyme Disease and Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. It is completely waterproof.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Doesn't Kill Ticks
To begin with, I purchased this product from my vet, not from here.

I am always taking walks in the woods with my dogs. This year was a really bad tick year in my area, and my dogs were getting inundated with ticks. I'd pull out whatever ticks I found and then figure, "Oh well, Frontline will take care of the ones I couldn't find".

I was wrong: even now, two weeks after our last walk in the woods, I am still finding very much alive, engorged ticks on my dogs. Bear in mind: ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great Price on This!
Amazon has the best price we've found on this flea preventative. Can't go wrong with this deal.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Flea treatment
I'm a bit disappointed, I treated my dog and my cats with their respective flea treatments, and they are still scratching! (I know it is fleas and not something else, since every once in a while I catch one of the little buggers!)
I recall that I treated my dog last year and it was more effective, but unfortunately I can't recall which product it was that I used...

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Flea free forever
We have been using Frontline for our standard poodle, but have been buying it at the "pet supply store". We like the product a lot but felt it was quite expensive. On Amazon the product was, if memory serves, about 25% cheaper perdose. That makes Amazon shopping doubly worthwhile.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Frontline Plus, A minus for head ticks
Generally does a good job of keeping fleas & ticks off of the dog's body. However, I see ticks around the head. It's better not to let the dogs get wet for three days.
