Amazon.com Review:
This 1,235-watt countertop oven makes pizza in about half the time required by a conventional oven. You don't need to preheat it--it begins rotating and baking the moment you plug it in. There are independently controlled top and bottom heating elements, so all types (frozen or fresh) and sizes (7 to 12 inches) of pizza can be custom baked. With a rising-crust pizza, for example, you should run the lower heating element for 10-12 minutes before turning on the top element. For a crisper crust, bake the pizza with both heating elements, then finish it off with a few minutes of bottom-only heating. For extra cooking time on your toppings, leave the top element on a little longer. A timer with automatic shutoff lets you set cooking times precisely, and a cooking-time guide for various pizza types is printed on the pizza maker. For safety, the appliance shuts off automatically if it overheats. With the 13-1/4-inch-diameter baking pan in place, the pizza maker is 13-1/4 inches wide, 9-1/2 inches high, and 17-1/2 inches deep. (The baking pan can be removed for more compact storage.) It carries a two-year warranty against defects. --Fred Brack

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Must have appliance!
The Pizzazz Pizza Oven is hands down the best appliance I own. I've had it for over 3 years now. I haven't written a review until I used it today and again was blown away by how good it is. It's not just for pizza. Any appetizer's you may have, potato skins, pizza rolls, they all work on this thing. It cooks everything to perfection. Pizza in the normal over, gas or electric, always ends up too crisp, burnt, too soft, burnt cheese.....you name it. Not to mention waiting for pre-heat to do it's thing, ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Home Pizzaria
Although this is not a "pizzoven", we were pleasantly suprised at the results we've had with the unit. Experiments with both refrigerated pizza dough and "Mama Mary's"tm pre-cooked pizza crusts have been done, with a slight edge going to pre-cooked crusts. Experimenting with your favorite toppings, and playing with cooking methods and times will yield decent results. For good pizza made at home, this is a pretty slick appliance.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Very good purchase
I got this item for my Husband, well actually for the whole family. We have pizza night once a week so I thought this would be a nice investment. The pizza's we have made so far have turned out wonderfully, the topping and crust baked just perfectly. Definitely something I would recommend to a pizza lover.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - YOU HAVE TO TRY IT IF YOU HAVE KIDS
I FIRST BOUGHT ONE FIVE YEARS AGO. MY SON WAS 12 AND THIS WAY HE COULD COOK PIZZA WHEN I WASNT HOME. EVEN IF HE FOGETS ABOUT IT, WHEN THE TIMER GOES OFF IT SHUTS THE COOKING ELEMENT OFF AND JUST TURNS AND WARMS. GREAT FOR TEENAGERS AND WHEN YOU DONT WANT TO PREHEAT YOUR OVEN. I HAVE SINCE BOUGHT 2 MORE FOR GIFTS.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Cooks a better pizza or cooks the BEST pizza?
The answer to that riddle is the latter. It cooks the pizza 100% in 15-20 minutes with NO preheat time. The crust is prefect, the toppings are prefect. It saves energy from having to keep an oven on for 25-30 minutes and it also saves energy on hot days by putting out less heat to the house than an oven thus making the air conditioner or heat pump work less. Clean up is a snap, it's just the pan it sits on. Usually its just crumbs from the crust, if anything. Sometimes some cheese will fall on there, ... Read More
